Camp runs from July 2 to August 14, 2026 from 9am to 3pm (Early drop-off at 8:00am available)

At DARE to LOVE Summer Camp, your child is more than a number. We mentor, encourage, and build character through every activity. Your child will be seen, valued, and supported — all while having the most exciting summer of their life.

I release and discharge DARE to LOVE Sports Club, Corporate Sports Inc., Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board, Peel District School Board, Northstar Montessori Private School, all executives, staff, faculty, volunteers, board members, coaches, officials, coordinators and affiliates from all actions, suits, and demands whatsoever in law or in equity, including by not limited to the risk of injury from participating in DARE to LOVE Sports Club event, leagues, or programs and the risk of loss of personal property by theft or otherwise.

• 21+ days: Full refund less $50+tax admin fee
• 14 days: 50% refund
• <13 days: No refund

Media Release Consent:
