Lead The Way

Team spirit, Community Service, Acquire Leadership Skills, Organization skills

The Lead the Way program LlTW) is a dynamic initiative that not only emphasizes the importance of community service but also provides leaders with a myriad of benefits.

This unique program is customized to cater to the individuals participating each summer.

Those participating in the summer program for less than 6 weeks gain valuable employable experiences by engaging in a comprehensive coaches training program supported by aids from Canada Basketball, Coaches Canada, and the Ontario Basketball Association. All leaders will learn the values of the 7Cs of success, character building, leading, and conflict resolution.

Lead the Way – General Expectations.

Opportunities: Depending on the competencies of the group, Lead-the-Way campers can learn to coach and or develop a business.
