Your information stays yours
We collect only what we need to run your program, keep you informed, and manage your registration.
What we collect
When you register, we collect your name, email, phone number, age bracket, and skill level.
How we use it
We use your information to confirm your spot, communicate schedule changes, and safely run attendance.
How payments work
Stripe processes card payments; we never see or store your card number. E-transfers are matched to your registration using a reference code.
What we never do
We do not sell your information or share it outside the club and the partners needed to deliver your program.
Seeing who else is playing
So you know who you will be playing with, members signed in to a club account can see who has booked an upcoming night. That list shows a first name and last initial only (“Jane D.”), never an email address or phone number, and it is never shown to visitors who are not signed in. You can keep your name off it at any time from your account page.
How we improve the site
We use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to see which parts of the site people use and where they get stuck. Between them they record clicks, scrolling and which pages get visited on our public pages. What you type into a form is hidden from them, your IP address is shortened before Google stores it, and neither one runs on your account pages, the sign-in pages or your registration confirmation.
Questions you send us
When you use the contact form we email your name, address, phone number if you gave one, and your message to the club, and send you a copy. It is not stored in a database here and it is not added to any mailing list; it lives in the club's inbox alongside every other email they answer.
Unfinished partner applications
If a business starts our partner application and doesn't finish, we keep the details entered for 30 days so we can follow up, then delete them automatically. Passwords are never kept this way.
Your rights
You can ask us to export or delete your personal data at any time, except information we must keep for legal or administrative reasons. Email daretolovesportsclub@yahoo.com.
