Your information stays yours
We collect only what we need to run your program, keep you informed, and manage your registration.
What we collect
When you register, we collect your name, email, phone number, age bracket, and skill level.
How we use it
We use your information to confirm your spot, communicate schedule changes, and safely run attendance.
How payments work
We take payment by Interac e-Transfer, matched to your registration using a reference code. We never see or store card numbers.
What we never do
We do not sell your information or share it outside the club and the partners needed to deliver your program.
How we improve the site
We use Microsoft Clarity to see which parts of the site people use and where they get stuck. It records clicks and scrolling on our public pages. What you type into a form is hidden from it, and staff pages are never recorded.
Unfinished partner applications
If a business starts our partner application and doesn't finish, we keep the details entered for 30 days so we can follow up, then delete them automatically. Passwords are never kept this way.
Your rights
You can ask us to export or delete your personal data at any time, except information we must keep for legal or administrative reasons. Email daretolovesportsclub@yahoo.com.
