Before you register
Do I need to be a member to play?
No. Anyone can register for a session, a drop-in night, or a full season. There is no separate club membership fee to pay first.
I have never played pickleball. Am I going to be out of place?
No. Sessions are grouped by skill level, and beginners are expected - most of our players started with us. Paddles and balls are provided; wear indoor court shoes and bring water.
How do I pay?
Two ways: by credit or debit card through Stripe at the end of registration, or by Interac e-transfer using the DTL reference code we send you. Both quote the same total, including HST.
Why is there a card processing fee?
Card payments carry a processing fee, capped at 2.4% and shown before you pay. Paying by e-transfer avoids it. The fee is charged before HST because the fee is itself taxable.
Can I get a refund if I cannot make it?
There are no refunds within 14 days of the start of a program. You may find a substitute player, and they can pay you for the days you miss.
What if a night is cancelled?
Schools occasionally close a gym at short notice. We email everyone registered for that night as soon as we know, and the night is not counted against what you paid for.
Can I register more than one person?
Yes. Complete one registration per player so each person's date of birth, skill level and waiver are recorded against the right name. You can pay for them from the same card.
Do you run programs for kids?
Yes. FAITH over Fear basketball runs for grades 4 to 8, covering skills, confidence, basketball IQ and game play.
Where do you play?
In school and community gyms across Mississauga, Brampton and Bolton. Every session on the site shows its venue, and each court card links straight to driving directions.
How quickly do you reply to questions?
Within 1-2 business days. Email is best for anything with details; the club's number takes text messages only.
