Reminders
Each location is guaranteed a minimum of 8 weeks to take into consideration inclement weather and unforseen circumstances (school use). However, it is highly likely that players will have more than the minimum sessions available at the chosen location.
Seasonal rates are 100% refundable if requested at least 15 days before the Location’s scheduled start date.
Drop-in payments are not refundable.
Some locations will offer more sessions than other locations due to holidays, school functions, and/or unforseen circumstances (ie. Inclement weather). For this reason, we have guaranteed a min. number of game days per location.
Should the number of available game days fall below the guaranteed minimum number of game days (at no fault of the player), the player will be refunded the prorated amount (based on the max # of session available).
If a player has started a season and is within the non-refundable time frame, the player may request to transfer the remainder of their scheduled days to another player. Once approved, the new player must register online
