We are offering March Break Camp from March 16-20 from 9am to 3pm (extended hours available from 8am to 5pm)
Location: 4900 Tomken Road, Mississauga (inside Northstar Montessori Private School)
All rates below are based on regular hours from 9am to 3pm. Extended hours are available for additional cost. For late pick-ups after 3pm, we will need to be notified ASAP; a $15 late fee may be applied.

I fully understand that there are risks involved with my child’s participation in any DARE to LOVE Sports Club league, tournaments, camps, programs, or other special events. I release and discharge DARE to LOVE Sports Club, Corporate Sports Inc., Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board, Peel District School Board, Northstar Montessori Private School, all executives, staff, faculty, volunteers, board members, coaches, officials, coordinators and affiliates from all actions, suits, and demands whatsoever in law or in equity, including by not limited to the risk of injury from participating in DARE to LOVE Sports Club event, leagues, or programs and the risk of loss of personal property by theft or otherwise.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made before March 10: Refund minus $50 admin fee.
No refunds after March 10.
No refunds for missed days.

Media Release Consent:
By submitting this registration form and/or paying to participate; I give DARE to LOVE Sports Club, Corporate Sports Inc., PKLBall Plus, and its affiliates the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast, distribute and create derivative works of the photographed, like-images or filmed images of my child(ren)/camper(s)/player(s) at the any of the said organizations’ event(s)/camp(s)/program(s), for promoting, publicizing, marketing and advertising purposes without monetary compensation or otherwise. Your child(ren)/camper(s)/player(s) will not be permitted to participate at this/these event(s)/camp(s)/program(s) without your media release consent.
